AN EXPERIMENTAL PIECE WITH SOUND, IMAGES AND LIGHT
- Have you wondered how life would be if it was just BLACK and WHITE, without SOUND and SMELL?
Why is the grass green, hair black and sky blue?
Why do the bees buzz, the cows moo and snakes hiss?
Why would creation unfold itself into the many colors and sound that we experience around us?
- Why do we call a certain place a ‘red light’ area?
And why is the color blue related to spirituality?
In this project, held at National Art Gallery, Malaysia, Jeganathan answered these questions and explained the relationship of sound and colour with the human body through his informal talk.
Jeganathan and his team members also set up a room, equipped with sound, paintings and aromatherapy, giving the visitors a chance to experience the feel the smell, light, music and images painted from the flow of sound and experience wonders of the relationship between man and his colorful surrounding.

"Colour is all around us. Even our body has all the nine colours. Our blood is red, bones are white, veins are blue and bile is yellow and so on."
-Quoted by Jeganathan Ramachandram on the existence of colour
